See, I notice that the picture I'm seeing up top is half-duplicated, like it's being replicated.
I figure Sean didn't do that, so then I wonder if there's something interesting about the page. Sure enough, the entire page is being managed as a single object in internet explorer, and I've got all sorts of caching turned on.
So, even though I've been following links into the web site all day, I decide to "RELOAD" the page.

The header I see has an american flag, with the Virginia Seal? sitting on it.
So I guess I'm confused. Am I seeing a different header than everybody else?
