Senator Coburn on Last Tuesday
Fine words:The overriding theme of this election, however, is that voters are more interested in changing the culture in Washington than changing course in Washington, D.C. This election was not a rejection of conservative principles per se, but a rejection of corrupt, complacent and incompetent government. The question remains, will liberal Democrats be the right people to do that?
Time to get Republicans back to basics.

What I hope is the republicans, freed from the "burden" of trying to hide their warts to keep their majority, can really purge the rest of the rot, and make ethics their number one issue.
It would be hard for the democrats to oppose it since they ran on it for a year, and frankly there's a lot more corrupt democrats remaining than republicans, what with 10 of our seats going because of proven or alleged corruption.
